From the words of the official representative of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, Marina Gridneva, plan audits of small businesses will develop this summer. To be exact - from 01.07.09 - the date of entry into force of the state bill of 26.12. 2008 "On protection of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the exercise of state control (supervision), municipal control." Also, Marina Gridneva added: "The implementation of these functions will be an effective measure to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of entrepreneurs, as well as removing excessive administrative pressure on business entities."
