Omsk region is doing its utmost to create a favorable climate for development and prosperity of small and medium-sized businesses. Already, the region can be called a leader among other regions in relation to activities aimed at small business development in the region. The region is characterized by its multi-pronged approach of measures aimed at small business development. This is a business incubator of the Omsk region, and partial payment of interest on loans for SMEs, as well as compensation for the costs of leasing.
