In Russia, improve the investment climate?

Economic Development and the State Corporation Rosnano intend to simplify the creation of venture funds and their funded startups. Relevant regulations are already being developed, said Oleg Fomichev, representative of the Ministry of Economic Development, at a meeting of representatives of venture capital markets in Russia and the United States. Hinder the development of Russian ventures, according to Fomichev, 3 factors: the unfavorable investment climate, lack of relevant legal norms and the lack of real projects that can be financed. Domestic investors are not willing to take technological risks (and, as repeatedly stated in various events for members of the web industry, many projects are killed in the valley start-ups, failing to attract sufficient resources from the side).
