From the text of the conference that online retailers are registered outside the Republic of Belarus and sell in other countries, should not be registered in the state commercial register. For other sites that have information about a product, its seller, the ability to choose and order (purchase) of goods requirements of the Decree number 60 are mandatory. However, the question of selling goods through an intermediary (in the case - through the website payment system, serving as a vendor under a license agreement with the manufacturer), demanded "further clarification," the Trade Ministry of Belarus. In this case, stated that "clones" of Belarusian online stores (for example, placed on the project Shop.by) may register a single application, as different domain names relating to the same site. Online merchants are free to make changes to information previously registered resource. Responsibility for providing false data "currently" not available (as well as for violating other requirements for online projects listed in the decree number 60 and the relevant legislation). But representatives of the OAC with President of Belarus said that the bill perfection "administrative and other liability" is already underway. The deadline for creating a project of this law - the end of 2010.
