Results of small business development in Moscow in 2009, very reassuring

At the end of 2009, Michael Vyshegorodtsev - Minister of the Moscow leadership, the head of department to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses officially confirmed at the first meeting in 2010 that, thanks to active support of SMEs, entrepreneurship in the capital not only successfully survived the global financial crisis, but also to multiply its volume. Such a statement M. Vyshegorodtsev made based on the analysis of statistical data, which shows that today in Moscow is about 362 SMEs, which employ 2.6 million people. In addition, Vyshegorodtsev added that support from the state to address small businesses in 2009 was strong enough. And other data about its development and not simply expected. In total, to support small and medium-sized businesses from the regional budget has been allocated about 2.3 billion rubles, plus support from the state budget of Russia, which amounted to 1 billion. Besides additional funds small business capital was provided by grants, microloans and the guarantee from the authorities of the Russian Federation. Vyshegorodtsev also noted that capital SMBs do not always enjoy the benefits provided for them. In calculating the grants allocated for 800 businessmen took advantage of them only 250. The development of small and medium enterprise among young people was allocated money for 100 projects (each of 750 thousand rubles). Although use these privileges only 25 youth projects. Hence, the conclusions suggest themselves - citizens of the capital not even want to deal with small businesses.
