Kamchatka Territory will receive about 1 million rubles for the development of small and medium-sized businesses

To develop and create an enabling environment for small businesses in the Kamchatka region, in early 2010, authorities launched Kamchatka regional target program "Development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kamchatka region in 2010-2012." Authorities believe that due to the beginning of this program, in the Kamchatka region to reduce the negative impact of financial crisis on the functioning of small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this event is to: increase the competence of small businesses on small business record keeping, development of property business support, and increase access SMB to financial reserves, the development and introduction of advanced financial technologies, creating conditions for opening a business start-up businesses, the development of interregional and international relations, creating incentives for local governments can implement different methods of business support, strengthening the social status and increase the prestige of business. In total, the program "Development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kamchatka region in 2010-2012 is planned to spend about 1 billion rubles, including 362 million rubles will be allocated from the state treasury, 223 million rubles - from the regional budget, about 8 million from local budgets, and yet 423 million from other budget sources. Today, on the Kamchatka Peninsula has registered about 1,500 small businesses, not counting the micro-and about 12,000 entrepreneurs. The program "Development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Kamchatka region for 2010-2012 will provide an opportunity to increase the number of workers in small and medium-sized enterprises up to 21,1%.
