Trillion rubles for small businesses identified officials of the Russian Federation

The concept includes the following data: for small business development in Russia up to 2012 should provide 924 billion Russian rubles. Of them, 288 billion rubles will be allocated from the state budget during the period. This concept should be reviewed by 18 May 2009. In accordance with this plan later this year, the federal budget to allocate to support small businesses 78 billion rubles in 2010 - 60 billion in 2011 - 94 billion and in 2012 55 billion rubles. About 15 billion rubles of federal budget will be spent to guarantee funds, which are - providing guarantees to small and medium-sized businesses. 30 billion rubles will go to the VEB's capitalization in 2011. The project also involves an increase in production by small enterprises to 32 per cent of GDP by 2012. The Bank will issue the money in the form of loans to small and medium businesses. Draft Economic Development will be binding after these measures it will have a legislative and budget support, and will be decorated with government regulations.
