Auto business and its foundation

I've decided to start their own business. 've Been thinking about what I will offer customers: goods or services, and what they need goods and services. I thought, thought, and decided - I opened the motor show, which will sell cars, new and old, offer car service and sell the necessary parts, including diagnostics of machines! My business took off, the profit is good, customers are happy, employees on salary do not complain. I like an honest businessman, constantly monitor the affairs of the enterprise. Customer interest that they would like to see in my showroom? The employees - how to improve working conditions? Specifically for their clients started the complaint book. In this book they might write all your suggestions and comments on the work of my show. Over the years the book was full of wishes and over. Periodically, I reread it, but there were two entries that made me laugh for a long time. First post: "German carmakers have recently realized that the repair of machinery brings in more money than selling new reliable car ...».
