Small Business of Moscow received a formal extension of preferential programs in 2009 for the year 2010

According to Michael Vyshegorodtsev, head Romiteta support and development of small and medium enterprises in Moscow, all of the existing program in 2009 to support and develop small business capital and will operate in 2010.
