Small businesses have promised cheap loans

Government co-finances a program to support small business, runs the program of lending "kids" under the 13-14% APR, low predpriniyatiyam promises tax breaks and the opportunity to participate in auctions for government contract. As stated by Minister of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina, currently is collecting applications from banks wanting to participate in the program of concessional lending to small businesses. As Interfax reported, right now banks lend to small and medium-sized businesses under the 20-30% APR. Rates of small business lending by banks participating in the program of the bank, will be monitored, and the order of 13-14% per annum.
