The majority (73%) of disgruntled consumers are demanding compensation for moral harm. The suit was becoming not only inadequate quality of purchased products, but also the failure to provide information about the product or its incompleteness. Even if the trial court sided with the buyer, Internet marketers have a great chance to win in the event of further litigation.
