Kazakbaeva, the court ordered to pay 10 thousand rubles in compensation for the new domain owner. It is important that in this case at the disputed domain does not contain information misleading consumers hours of Swatch. In addition, according to Vedomosti, the sign of swatch is protected only by a few positions (hours and their spare parts). In the opinion of the Court of Arbitration, the rights of Swatch AG violated by the fact that the company is deprived of the opportunity to place information about himself in the Russian Internet segment.
