Small businesses no longer have to pay fines for overspending electricity

In February 2011 the Russian authorities intend to abolish the penalty for over-power small businesses of the country. About this the other day said Vladimir Putin. " Putin: "Today, we equate small businesses to consumers of electricity with a limit of 4.5 MW / h to 8 thousand kWh per year. Consequently, if the PSC will go beyond the framework established under the new decree, the penalties will not. " Another good news for small businesses, announced by Vladimir Putin, was that as soon as the authorities intend to reduce the cost of electricity.
