Moscow: small and medium businesses for the future is developing a system of protection

There is no doubt issue number 1 this year - it's a crisis. In the capital there are existing financial support mechanisms, such as the Fund for the formation of small business lending in the capital. There are other forms of financial support facilities for small and medium-sized businesses. Ministry of Economic Development in Russia has stepped up the beginning of many regional programs to support small and medium-sized businesses. This year came many new regulatory and administrative acts, which regulate the most important aspects of industrial and entrepreneurial activities: the law of self-regulatory organizations, the law on industrial policy and others. To date, small and medium enterprises become targets of raiders' attacks. Entrepreneurs must have the capacity and easy to invest in new technologies, equipment, and not worry about waiting for the end of the lease. Sooner or later the crisis will end, and everything will return to normal. Need to survive, learn and remember the lessons, to regroup and build for the future a strong system of protection, develop and maintain a program of business development.
