Kazakhstan is developing a small business, providing the SMB retail space

Last year, Alexander Kolesov, deputy prime minister of the republic of Karelia, pravitelskuyu headed a commission on development of small and medium businesses. Business organizer of the society became Head of Karelia Sergey Katanandov. In the Commission will work 8 working groups: on the improvement of taxation to facilitate access to utility services by removing administrative barriers for small and medium-sized businesses, real estate, to ensure interaction of executive bodies and local self-government of RK, the establishment of specialized sites, as well as group business development in health, agriculture, education, housing and communal services, construction and industry. All groups will work on one task - the development of small businesses in Kazakhstan. RK budget for 2009 allocated 20 million rubles, plus a cash budget of Russia - 13 million rubles, and 210.6 million rubles were received from Bank of Kazakhstan - "Onega". The overall program, which will run on each group, focuses on small business development in education, finance and property issues SMB solutions. This program is long term and will run for 5 years starting from 2009.
