Now Russia has 1 million small and medium enterprises, and the number of inspections per year up to 20 million per company accounts for more than 10 checks on the basis of one year. And the business of these checks lose 10% of the profits. The new laws include the following: employers will not spend months, which would get all the necessary documents. They will only have to fill in the required notice and mailed to the appropriate authorities. Scheduled inspections will be held 1 time in 3 years, and unplanned - only with the permission of the regional prosecutor's office and in the presence of accurate information about violations. The police officers will not have the right to conduct inspections. They will be able to carry out inspections only in the investigation, which established the Code of Administrative Offences and the Criminal Procedure Code.
