Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation has organized the Council on Small Business

In order to regulate the legal sphere of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of Russian Federation Council has been established for small business. According to sources, the Council organized the chairman Gosudumy. The council includes members of the Russian Chamber of Commerce. The main task of the Council on Small Business will conduct the monitoring of the use of established laws in the sphere of work and small business development. Apart from the fact that the Russian Chamber of Commerce will examine the application of existing laws, the Union for small businesses plan to create additional laws and amendments to existing regulations, so that small and medium business of the state could continue to develop rapidly. Among these amendments, the CCI of Russia proposed to increase the deadline for submission of data on changes in the information contained in the Uniform State Register of legal entities, the United State Register of individual entrepreneurs, etc.
