Alternative shopping channels entrenched in the minds of Russian consumers. On "paper" catalogs are familiar 86,5% of respondents, with the Russian online stores - 83.5% of respondents. In this case, consumers who participated in the study, OMI, often carried out orders on the Internet than through a directory (51,3% vs 47,3%). Only 2% of the respondents are not familiar with alternative ways of shopping. In addition to the domestic e-commerce projects, the Russians well acquainted with foreign e-shops (74.9% of respondents), with discount stores of famous brands (62%), with the collective (joint), shopping (35.2%). Shopping channels such as dress-crossing (exchange of clothing) and outlet malls, little known to Russians (15,7% and 9% respectively) and virtually no supporters (for the last 3 months of such methods of purchasing used only 1,4% and 1,7% of respondents).
