Dmitry Yanin, chairman of the Confederation of consumers' rights, supports the idea of ??a moratorium. Alexander Ivanov, chairman of the NADT (National Association of distance selling), believes that after the rejection of petty cash payments the company will withdraw from the market, and major online retailers will have undue advantage.
