The biggest players in the Russian market for Internet retailers are preparing a series of legislative initiatives that could change the situation in the industry. What measures will be taken, the initiators of the amendments are not reported. At the same time, it is no secret - the development of the market of online trading prevents most of the legal rules governing online trade in the country. The main claims made by conference participants Online Retail Russia, belonged to the Government Decree number 55 and number 612. The first document that prohibits trade in certain categories of goods outside of the fixed seats, the second contains a prohibition on remote sales of alcohol and other goods that have bans or restrictions on sales in the Russian retail.
