How to actually select candidates for the vacant post.

Large foreign companies, the end of the day. In the office sit two managers on staff recruitment and discuss the matter. One experienced manager, with experience, old school, and another trainee, only come from the university. Young manager pulls out of the closet a huge folder with three hundred resumes and claims experienced: "We must have time to see them all before 17:00, to pick right candidates for this job, and tomorrow to call them for a second interview." An experienced manager coolly takes his thick bundle, in the opinion divides it into two equal piles, one of the bags on the table, the second places in the shredder. The young eyes widened with indignation: "What about our candidates?" What will happen to them? " Experienced calmly and with a particle of irony: "Why should we losers?"
