For entrepreneurs the Moscow region from the budget allocated 104 million rubles

The Moscow Regional Duma adopted a decision to allocate additional funds from the budget to implement programs to promote and support small businesses in the Moscow region. Today in the MOU is widespread support for small businesses, not just financial, but information and consulting, as well as providing assistance in training and upgrading skills of the working of the enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses. MOD intends to provide significant assistance to facilities for small and medium-sized businesses in the promotion of new products and services, to create special centers for the MB, as well as fully support municipal programs for the MB. If all of these objectives will be implemented in 2008, approximately 10% increase in the cost of fixed assets of small businesses. Also increase the number of people employed in small businesses, and their salary will increase by an average of 35-40% and the turnover of products in such enterprises will increase by as much as 20%. And it's not all. After all, revenues in the budget of Moscow Region grow by MB at 13-15%. In the meantime, MOD plans to spend on implementation of this program 104.2 million rubles from the regional budget.
