City Committee for Economic Development, Trade and Industrial Policy approved by a special program - "The Regional University Small Business." On the basis of St. Petersburg Interregional resource center a regional university for small and medium-sized businesses. The purpose of this program is based on a complex system of training to small businesses (MP), training and retraining, advanced training. To participate in the program can small businesses (SMEs) that are registered and operate in the territory of St Petersburg. Small entrepreneurs in the business of training are eligible to take part in short-term seminars, educational free software for business, training and most importantly, an internship at leading enterprises in St. Petersburg. On the following subjects can undergo skills training program: Management of small manufacturing enterprises, Accounting, Business Valuation, Management of innovation projects, Practical Marketing, Personnel Management.
