Two law relating to small business development, approved in the Kirov region

The first law on a simpler system of taxation for personal business on the basis of a patent on the territory of the Kirov region. This law allows individual entrepreneurs, who have up to 5 employees to use the patent system of taxation. The action of such patent includes 69 types of entrepreneurial activity. The second law "On making the maximum value of the leased area in middle and small enterprises, which is owned by the Kirov region, and date of installment payment upon redemption of the property owners of small and medium businesses". This law allows entrepreneurs to take part in a "preferential privatization" of state property. Under this law, small and medium entrepreneurs, hiring real estate from the state may purchase it at market value, which is determined on the basis of independent examination.
