To increase the proportion of small businesses in the Russian economy up to 60% of GDP, it is necessary to create conditions for the development of young entrepreneurs

The fact that the Russian government has made a bet on small business development, has long been known. Moreover, the head of the Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, has been tasked to all regions of Russia that the share of small business in the economy must be at least 60% of GDP. As it turned out, despite the massive programs to support and develop small and medium businesses in Russia, to perform such a task is possible only after Russia will engage young people in this area. As for the younger generation of Russia, it is completely accepts the fact that small businesses can earn a living, but mostly the younger generation tends to business development in high technology. Recently, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs in Russia carried out a sociological survey, which revealed that over 70% of young entrepreneurs opened their businesses to perform his 25 years. All would have been nothing would eat only in the Russian youth were literate in the matter of business. With regard to the bill, which would dictate the specific conditions for young entrepreneurs in Russia, there is no such, though in every region of the Russian concept of "young entrepreneur" still exists. For example, in the capital of Russia the young entrepreneur is a businessman aged 27 years and in St. Petersburg - from 30 to 35 years. Perhaps that is what the country is still no uniform concept of young entrepreneurs, prevents introduce a single program to support the development of acting for young SMEs. As they say many experts, the problem is that young small businesses in need of assistance from the state. The problem is that the state should create special conditions for young entrepreneurs and their businesses. As they say held businesses, this entrepreneur must act rather than hope for help from the state. Simply state must not interfere with the development of small businesses, but instead to accompany this by creating suitable conditions for this. As for how the program works in Russia to support young entrepreneurs, according to the fact that in 2009, of all college graduates to small businesses engaged in only 7%, we can conclude that the conditions of insufficient loyalty. So for the problem of Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev, as a minimum necessary to eliminate administrative barriers for young entrepreneurs, as well as make available loans to start their own business. Moreover, it would be good for universities to study the subject of business in universities, etc.
