Small businesses remain without a roof

Organizations and small businesses, media editorial and creative unions in the near future may be left without a roof over their head in the truest sense of the word. This will happen if the authorities will blindly follow the new law. In July, amendments to the law "On concession agreements" under which the authorities are forced to rent units for rent, only through auctions. Until that time, there were benefits, and small businesses could rent for 1 thousand rbl. 1 sq. km. m. After the present-day auctions that figure could grow to 10 thousand and 40 thousand rubles. over the same 1 square. m. As a result, many former users may be left without premises, if they no longer enjoy the restaurant chain or a bank is an example. The last hope was left with the Moscow government. It is hoped the Federation Council, it established a working group which will attempt to correct bad law. Moscow City Duma is also going to give a legislative initiative on making clarifications and changes to the law. But this procedure is usually lengthy. Only the summer of 2009 may be adjusted more loyal law.
