Domain Registrar amends an application to the Service Agreement: In the event that the winners of closed auctions are not made to pay for winning a domain name for a bet, the company will re-sealed-bid auction for "abandoned" the domain. As reported at RU-CENTER, "repeated the auction will be held among all participants of the primary closed auction, with the exception of those who did not fulfill payment obligations under the earlier bidding.
