Privatization of rental space for small business in Russia has become easier

This week, the Russian government approved amendments to the bill on the privatization of rental of premises by small and medium-sized businesses. Unfortunately, the term "small privatization" has not been extended to 2012 goals, but there are positive aspects that are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Now, the maximum period of tenancy was not more than two years, after which the entrepreneur can happily do the privatization of the production area. Was also abolished mandatory deposit for the purchase of rental premises if the premises are buying on credit. At the end of last week approved changes to the draft law "On the Specifics of the alienation of immovable property situated in the state-owned entities of the Russian Federation or municipally-owned and leased by small and medium-sized businesses." According to representatives of United Russia: "Small businesses can not fully enjoy all the benefits of purchasing the leased premises, and all the possibilities of mass foreclosure area, which currently are leased by small and medium-sized businesses." This was stated by Viktor Pleskachevsky and Vladimir Pligin. Such findings have deputies, based on at least that for the privatization of the premises owner a minimum of 2 years should be to rent it.
