Head of the Department of Small Business Moscow succeeded Alexey Komissarov

At the expiration of a service contract, Michael Vyshegorodsky left his post as head of the department to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses in Moscow. Already the 7 th February 2011 the present Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said during a news conference that Moscow Vyshegorodsky is no longer responsible for supporting small business in Moscow. In this case, the mayor confirmed that the dismissal Vyshegorodskogo based only on the expiry of the service contract. At the moment, at the head of the department to support and develop small and medium enterprises of Moscow appointed Alexey Komissarov. Approving it in the office, the Mayor recalled the decent quality of the future head of the department. We remind that earlier by Commissioners held the position of the head of a business incubator InCube Academy of National Economy of Russia (since 2010). It should be pointed out that recently the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin had significant personnel changes.
