Proper planning rule!

Rule 6-n - proper prior planning prevents poor performance. Planning - probably the most important part of the action on the road to success. Because 10% of time spent per day on the planning will give 90% of the result. As is known, the Japanese are eager to claim our territory (the Far East). And in this regard, they now spend more than 70% of the time just to plan their actions, and therefore have some action taking. You are out of this, perhaps, can understand why they're such a highly developed nation in the world: because they are planning. 70% of the time - this is a very long time. I myself use the percent of 5 - 10 at the planning (not more). But they spend 70 per cent is not in vain, because if the clear and specific task-planning time, then the result if all tasks run on time, not long to wait. Therefore, you should know before you start any business, before starting to work, first plan it, how much profit you want, what you want: maybe some kind of material wealth or moral satisfaction, or something else. First, plan your goal, write a step by step plan that it needs to be done (you need to do here is to explore it, read it, then, to practice there somewhere, do something, etc). In general, specifically the steps you need to write out the plan, and if you succeed!
