Legal aspects of Internet business

Last years show that each year the Internet increasingly penetrates into people's lives. Soon the Internet will find its place in all areas of modern business, which employs such a business model, which in real life and is impossible to imagine. Already felt that the Internet becomes an attribute of the business life of everyone who aspires to thrive and improve the economic situation in the country. In general, the Internet as a new territory for business provides ample opportunities for displaying the real economy of the state in the virtual universe. The rapid development of E-commerce (electronic commerce) opens up new prospects for business. Not be ruled out that the Internet - commerce will become the catalyst that will lead to the creation of entirely new models of market relations, brand new partnerships and as a result - a completely new economy. The most important conclusion - the network has caught up with other sectors of the economy of the United States of America, which gave reason to experts talk about the Internet - the economy. Thousands of companies in Europe are published weekly on the virtual market to offer their products and services. They are motivated by the desire to obtain product markets, to establish contact with new groups of customers - from medium and large business sectors - and the global Internet network offers them that opportunity. E-business is lagging behind in terms of transactions, which is less than 2-3 times the usual for the Western market transactions via the telephone and trade agreements in the catalog. However, it is hoped that over time all (or nearly all) the world of business will move into the virtual world. In Ukraine and Russia has been gradually rising problem of updating electronic commerce (E-commerce), directly by such means as: 1. Holding of exhibitions, thematic conferences, 2. Publishing feature articles in the media (newspapers, magazines, journals, etc.) 3. Internet advertising on television, etc. There are some problematic legal aspects of Internet business: 1. Lack of legal culture among the population - is a global and most urgent problem for the entire world community. This applies not only to Internet users, but most people in Ukraine and CIS. Ignorance and misunderstanding of basic rights, expertise and this is quite a serious problem. 2. Legal error in the user that the Internet is beyond any jurisdiction outside the individual state, and about the relationship on the Internet can not apply the law of any particular State. 3. Everyone knows that the Internet - for the purchased goods must pay by credit card or electronic money, so this question is, in principle, could also push the idea that some sectors of society that the Internet is only for wealthy who have credit cards. 4. The problem of virtual trade and social protection buyer (the return of the faulty goods) when making purchases online. 5. The problem of jurisdiction. Among the huge number of companies offering their products and services online, some on their Web sites have information about registration of their companies, so you need to take action on the impact of these firms in accordance with the laws of the country. 6. The problem of creation of arbitration courts to address and resolve contentious issues that arise on the Internet. For our country it is important today for business in the Internet, the following issues: the adoption and regulation of laws, regulations and legal aspects of Internet business, regulations, funding scientific research, Cryptography, Digital signature, payment systems for doing calculations in Internet Creation in law enforcement, particularly in the Interior Ministry units to combat cybercrime. Ukraine in regard to doing business on the Internet is far behind Western countries. According to the latest research groups, the Internet in a passive mode (acquaintance, correspondence, searching) in Ukraine uses about 7% of the working population. And only 0,3% use it actively, making the first commercial steps. Much of the population, about 30-35%, they know nothing about the Internet. And 30% of the population have only heard about it. Therefore we can conclude that it is necessary to identify the legal aspects of Internet business. It's a bright future and would like to note that if the reference to the objective difficulties and do nothing, then the country will once again be partitioned off from the world of the curtain. Only this time, no iron, and electronic. And more so for the safety of doing business on the Internet of crime and criminals at the state level should be set up unit to combat computer crime and cyber crime.
