Entrepreneurs and businessmen. What's the difference?

In recent years, no one is surprised by the previously unknown words "manager", "merchandiser" or, say, a "businessman", "businessman". Many do not understand the brink of distinction between these concepts. Therefore, to avoid being in an awkward situation for business conversation, we define the differences, for example, between the concepts of "entrepreneur" and "businessman." Entrepreneur may be a natural or legal person who creates a new organization, or implementing a new idea, product or service to the organization for profit. As a consequence, the entrepreneur is always a risk. It is worth noting also that the entrepreneur can only be officially registered person or entity. Businessman is the owner who takes his or borrowing for a profit. Businessman, also is a risk, but risks while not its activity, and equity. To acquire an official status, binesmenu must also formally register. Thus, both the entrepreneur and businessman pursuing the goals of the organization, but one with the risk of their activities, and another - their own or borrowed capital. This is the fundamental difference between them.
