Employees with high potential

Valuable assistance of companies is divided into two main categories: employees with high potential and productive employees. Professionals with high potential show good results, but this is not the limit for them, because their inner potential is much higher than they show. These employees have the makings of leadership, organizational skills and desire can climb up the corporate ladder.
